Question

Search Warrant--please help!

in pa, the police came to my house to serve another person with a restraining warrant. police saw marijuana through the windows. i had to wait outside for almost 2 hours with the police, until they got a search warrant. is this legal? yes i was busted for possession with the intent to deliver.

It is called protected potential evidence and it is legal.
