Unless the police helped the informant to concoct the story, or knew it was false, then you are SOL. Talk to a lawyer.

In all honesty, I believe the burden of proof would be on you as to whether law enforcement had any hand in fabrication...

The police cannot simply rely on a confidential informant without verifying the information. You can challenge the warrant on the grounds it is based on false information.
