searching for the reason of an arrest

my state is rhode island


my family has a man who is taking care of my father-in-law.after checking the ri judicial website i found he was a fugitive from justice and it said a felony,it also said disposed. i proceeded to go on vinelink to see it say custody status-transfeered agency-out of state facility i have no idea what state either. i need to know how to find out what this man was arrest for. please give me some advice.
