What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? INDIANA

I received my first public intoxication in October as I just moved here in August. My fine was one year probation and 365 dollars with alchochol classes. I now have a second public intoxication which I received in front of my own apartment smoking a cigarette. Because of the second charge and the arrest, I lost by job and am going to be unable to pay the fine for the first one. Any advice from anyone or ideas of what my consequences will be?

Well, you violated you probation, so that's not good.

Maybe you can tell us what statute you were actually charged with.

From now on consider drinking INSIDE your apartment instead of outside.
