What is the name of your state? CA CAN THE DA PUT CHARGES ON A PERSON IF WHAT THEY FOUND WAS NOT ON THE SEARCH WARRANT?

first, dont type in CAPS. it is as if you are yelling.

if the items found were in plain view they can be the basis of additional charges. if the items were found while looking for the items on the search warrant, then additional charges can be added.
