What is the name of your state? Tennessee
Hello,
Our landlord was just arrested in an undercover FBI sting relating to drugs, they pretty much have him red handed. My question is can they seize his property and where does that leave us? Or do they have to wait until this goes to trial?
Thank you,
Sharon

I would suggest you start looking for a new place to live. If it can be proven that the landlord used any of the drug money in acquiring or upkeeping the rental property, there is a very good chance it will be siezed.
