sentencing guidelines

What is the name of your state? Kansas

Does anyone here know what the sentencing guidelines are if convicted of Driving While Revoked As a Habitual Violator; K.S.A. 8-287; Class A nonperson Misdemeanor? Thanks in advance for any replies.

If i was a judge my sentence would be to live in Manhattan, New York City for 5 years......

Why? there is NO WAY you will be able to drive a car .....it will be towed at 7 or 8 am if you are parked on the wrong side of the street, PLUS an $85 ticket, then you have to pay to park it, maybe $300 a month....see only the very wealthy can afford to keep a car in the big city.
