shop lifting from place of empolyment

I was questioned about stealing from the store I work at. I admitted to it and gave a statement, as well as returned I could. They haven't decided to proscute me yet but I am still faceing cahrges. This waiting game is killing me and I was wondering if I should be doing anything else to help myself

I can't think of anything. I wouldn't call the police and remind them of your crime. Get a lawyer when and if you are charged. Take comfort in the fact that you are unlikely to go to jail and the worst that could happen is a big hassle and expense, and maybe a minor record.

If they haven't fired you yet, you may consider looking for another job.
