Im no expert, but I was recently arrested for similar charge though on a larger scale in the same state the case hasn't been to court yet; Assuming he was given an ACD for the first theft; that first charge will now be reopened and he can now be looked upon as a second time offender.

Penalties could be more severe.

Considering all I can do now is work to pay off attorney fees, and sit around at home; I may as well do something productive with my time

Lawyer overnight fedexed the bill and court appearance waiver, waiting for it to arrive tomorrow, and going to disclose everything to my dad tomorrow.
