What is the name of your state?Michigan
In light of recent research for http://convictedinnocent.blogspot.com I have found that their has only been 1 published research on SCRAM and it was paid for by the proprietors AMS.The system has produced false positives and one MI. court already has it under re-evaluation.Shouldn't the test be performed by an independant 3rd party and isn't their supposed to be more than one before it is used (especially as direct evidence)?Looking for answers!
