The commenwealth attorney is the person that has issued the show cause for me and basicly I will be his witness and providing why I belive a person that has a restraing order broke it. I am mainly curious just to see what I should be expecting in court in the next few weeks. Wendynj thanks for at least trying to answer my question.

So, now you can kiss my ass without feeling like you need to put on lipstick!!!

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

If it's not home work, then what is it? We don't have time for "what if's" or "home work".
Are you trying to prove something to a court or is someone else trying to prove something against you?

Chorus to "Kiss This" by Aaron Tippin

Why don't you kiss, kiss this
And I don't mean on my rosy red lips
Me and you, we're through
And there's only one thing left for you to do
You just come on over here one last time
Pucker up and close yours eyes
And kiss this goodbye

How its it I am the one that is being the a$$ when I am not the one making commments about people on here that atleast tried to help. I didn't expect to be getting the third degree on here for a simple law question. and to answer your question aha i will be having to prove something in court. with the help of the commonwealth attorney.

"I didn't expect to be getting the third degree on here for a simple law question."

Ain't no such critter.

We have to ask a lot of questions because the poster sometimes does not know what is relevant and what is not.

JETX answered your questions correctly and you did not like it.

JETX did not cause your problems.

I don't know why I am wasting my time trying to explain something to someone so ungrateful.

I never made any comment about jetx's answer to my question. The main person that was making comments about peoples post were you seniorjudge. The only problem I had with JETX was at the start when he was trying to say it was a homework question. And as to your post seniorjudge you haven't ask one question all you have done is make assnine comments and provide no help. At least mindynj and jetx tried unlike you.

And that is why I deleted my posts.
This is a FREE legal advice site. Any response you get, if any at all, is provided 100% out of the courtesy of the person responding. We (at least I do this) out of a desire to try to help others when possible. And yes, we (me included) do get a little 'punch-drunk' occasionally and give a smart-ass or humorous post. Further, we have no idea who you are or what your REAL purpose might be on this forum. We get everything from life-threatening issues.... to absolutely stupid and inane posts.

Your post sounded to me like a high-school legal question assigned as homework, and I said so. Instead of replying with a (respectful) "Gee, sorry it came out that way, but this is not homework", you said gave a smarta$$ "so if you don't know the answer why post anything at all jetx.".

I overlooked your pissy attitude and replied with a CORRECT answer to your questions. You continued posting your crap to the forum.... so I chose to 'undo' my kindness and deleted my post.

Clearly, you still haven't learned anything as you continue to piss, moan and bitch. So, have fun in court. I agree with 'SeniorJudge' (damn, there I go again!!! ) and feel you will have your ass fried in court.

There's an 'officer of the court' for you - even when it hurts - ouch.
