undefinedCalifornia In august 2001 I received a letter from the sherrifs department questioniing me regarding a $501.00 embezzlement issue. Somehow they said the case sat around for the last few years and the DA just brought it up with the investagating officer what he wanted to to with it....I was arrested on 2/15/05! what is the SOL regarding this?
