Question

son was taken to juvenile for teacher asault charges what can i do to help him


What is the name of your state?texas [SIZE=3]son has assault charges towards a teacher not true what can i do, what should i expect on something like this?????/SIZE] there was a fight that started a riot in school. alot of students where watching and they were out of control my son was looking also and was being pushed by the crowd to where the fight was he was trying to back off so they wouldnt hit him by accident but it was way out of control so the crowd would push him foward to see what was going on and he would try to push back and he was trying to get out of the crowd and a teacher was in back and push him as he was trying to move back and back and was charged with assault for pushing teacher now hes in juvenile and he has a hearing tomorrow what can i do ????a teacher said my son had nothing to do with this fight and that he wasnt doing nothing to nobody she was going to do her report. but idont know what to expect in court hearing tomorrow . any advice i would appreciate please...

Did the thought ever occur to you that your son just MIGHT need an attorney? Or that you need to ask the teacher who saw the incident to appear at trial, or that you know absolutely nothing of what happened that is useful since you were not there?

Obviously, you came to this site for the purpose of seeking some help. Your son is in trouble and you're not sure what to do. Unfortunately, most people here just make fun of your problems and criticize any efforts you make to help your situation.

I don't know what your son did or didn't do. And I don't know his age. But, you are clearly making an effort, as a good mother, to help him. If the assault charge is pursued, I would suggest sitting down with the prosecutor (and your son's attorney, if he has one) in an effort to reach some type of agreement. There are many options for juveniles...
