Spy Camera

Hi
I had a couple roommates at university through an american based university (out of Florida) however the first 2 years are on their campus in the cayman islands.
During my finals I found out that my roommates (1 from NY and the other FL) put a small wireless camera in my room to spy on me. I had always suspected something because they knew specifically what I was doin gin my room and finally they slipped up and I heard them talking about it. When I checked online through the router I found a signal that was not one of our 3 computers. As soon as I blocked the signal they thought I found it and I heard them planning a story 'in case'.
This was right near the end of the semester and during my finals, I was so distraught that I quickly packed up and just left.
I really want them to learn how wrong this is either through the university or criminal charges. However I dont have any other proof besides their IP and Mac addresses of the computers and wireless camera. I dont know what I can do? I really want some sort of justice on this...and I dont know how ort think its possible anymore? The only proof I can think of is somehow getting access to their email but that seems unlikely??!!

Any ideas?
