What is the name of your state? Connecticut

Hello, I'm a 16yr old male and I had sex with a 14yr old female who is just over 2 years younger than me. We were both drunk and I was not aware of her age. I've been charged with a couple of other things for that night, seeing as I was at a party in someones house who was not there, and I didn't know that was the case. I have never been in trouble before.

My question is what sentence does the stachatory in this kind of case usually carry?

Hire an attorney yesterday! Well, have you PARENTS hire an attorney.

This is serious stuff and no one can give you a good estimate of what time you face without knowing the specific statutes you are accused of violating.

Get that attorney.
