stagatory rape?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?CA.
I am the parent of a now 22yr. old daughter, who has a 3 almost 4 yr old child.
I have had gaurdianship of her for almost 2 years due to some poor choices my daughter has made. The 27 yr.old dad has been seeing his child for the last year and a half, off and on and paying court ordered child support after paternaty tests showed him to be the father. Dad and I have never really gotten along from the start, as he was sleeping with my daughter since she was 15 or 16 years old and hid her in his parents home when she was a run away(I did not know that at the time). There have now been a few times when him and I have not agreed on certain things regarding his visits and now he is starting to talk about possibly going back to court to get custody himself. My question is- has too much time gone by for any kind of charges against him to hold up? Thank you.
