This is taking place under Oregon Law. I am trying to locate the procedure for issuance of an exclusion ("trespass") notice from state owned public property, opened to the general public. I have had it shown to me before over a year ago, but am unable to find reference to it again. This statute, procedure, or policy to such exclusion notice is to be issued by an "agent" of the state, in writing, stating rights to appeal, etc. I remember what it said. But I failed to remember the reference number or where this information was located.

Does anyone know where this information is located, generally or specifically?

It is important that I find reference soon for a police misconduct issue. Any help or suggestions where I might find this information referenced will help. Thanks!
