statue of limitations on a federal charge

What is the name of your state? MS Does anyone know what the statue of limitations on a federal charge is. My brother was arrested months ago on a federal drug charge and he still has not been indited by a grad jury yet. I don't know if there even is a statue of limitations, but if there is I would like to know it. Thanks
