My X-Wife received notice that a warrant was issued for checks that were wriiten 20+ years ago when we were married. There were three checks totaling just under $4oo. What is the statutes of limitations? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Arrest warrants do not have any statatory limits. She will have to take care of the warrant. It would be easier to do it now instead of letting a police officer find out later during a possible traffic stop for a minor traffic violation.
