still can't believe this!

What is the name of your state? sc

i notarized some documents for my ex sis in law/friend (sf) for her child support case ($13,000+ in arrears).

my brother in law (bil) has been in retaliation since. my sf's attorney asked her to obtain photos of his home and vehicles for court and she was in fear of taking them. i volunteered to take them myself, since there is no law against taking pictures for purpose of court. my bil reported us to the police for taking the photos and also lied by saying we were continually riding by his house. later that same evening, he called the same officer again on the phone and accused us of putting sugar in his gas tank! sheesh! when it was checked into by the investigator, my bil told the investigator that he was dropping the charges because the car had been "repossessed". about 2 weeks later, my bil called my sf and told her both she and I would be receive a visitor at our homes that night. upset, i called the investigator who told me to report it. i was told by a county judge to file for an immediate restraining order at the office of another judge, since he already had one case pending against by bil. i applied for the restraining order and had to wait over a week to be heard by the judge. my bil lied to the judge saying he didn't make the call. my sf just started a new job next door to the judges office and volunteered to step over to confirm if the judge needed to hear her verify my claim. when i told the judge that, he put his hand up and said he was "unwilling to grant a restraining order at this time". when walking out of the judges office, my bil remarked "you wanna play warrants, we'll play warrants!" and left the building. he went to yet another judge (miles away but in the same county) he signed warrants against both me and my sf that afternoon (one month after dropping the charges on that same incident report) for harassment and i was jailed overnight. she is going tomorrow to answer for the warrant that is supposed to be for her.

can warrants be issued for incident reports that were investigated and the charges dropped? can i be exhonerated on all this and my record expunged?

i am fuming. i have been incarcerated for the first time in my life and my good name is less that spotless now. i have worked hard all my life to maintain a good, decent name and this lying schmuck is reaking havoc thru my life...all because i notarized some affidavits.
