What is the name of your state? Illinios I was arrested at our local mini mart for selling alcohol to a minor. I asked him for his ID but i missed looking at the month he was born (he was 1 mont underage). I have heard that if you ask them for their ID that they much back off from the sale. He did not. Is this true.

No, undercover underage buyers are one way law enforcement conducts compliance checks. If you "failed to read the fine print," that's your loss.
