stolen checks and forgery in ky

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ky

My hubbys x stold some checks from her step mom, forged her name and cashed them. the checks totaled 340 dollars. this is her first offense in ky but she has a record in oh for misdemeanor drug possesion. can anyone tell me if she will do time?
