Subpoena for Post Conviction Relief - Indiana

Can a prisoner acting pro se submit subpoena paperwork to the clerk to obtain autopsy slides from the coroner's office in preparation for a Petition for Post Conviction Relief? The trial attorney lost the slides and two expert witnesses have offered to review them. Thanks!What is the name of your state?
