Subpoenaed as witness

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Washington, DC

What are my rights to have my identity protected if I have been subpoenaed to testify in court as a witness to the get-a-way of a bank robbery.

The defendants are part of a ring/gang of robbers and I have concerns about threats and violence to my family.

which side subpoenaed you? if the DA did, ask the prosecutor what steps are going to be taken to protect your identity.
