What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA Hi, I had a background check and a warrant came up for a summary violation. I went to court and got the warrant lifted but the court date is 2 weeks away and I am wondering if my job does a search again under court of common pleas FELONY & MISDEMEANOR which seams to be what they searched last time will this summary come up again?
