What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania. Quick question. I was arrested about 3-4 weeks ago and have not recived a summon yet. How long does it usually take to get. I heard it sometimes can take up to 3-4 months because the courts are busy processing other criminal cases.
