Teacher and rights regarding searches

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I am doing research for a project in a School Law course about searches. I have found quite a bit of information regarding students (TLO, etc.)

But I don't see much about searches with regards to teachers... this might even extend to administrators.

If you know of links or have direct information for me, please let me know.

Check under employment law. Students are not employees, but are customers, or clients, and fall in a grey area of the law, thus all the Court decisions about student searches.

Teachers are employees and that law is pretty well established.
