Terriost Threat

What is the name of your state? minnesota
my domestic partner was arrested for terriost treaths. im the alleged victim. she was really drunk and was walking the streets. she told the police she was going to kill me serval times because we were argueing and now they pulled her over. well she now has a 20,000 bail. but they removed the no contact. what do you think will happen with her court next week?, she would have served 15 days already. and she has never ever been in trouble with the law before. i also wrote a letter to the judge that i never feared for my life the 2 years we been together.

she will probably have to go to AA since she is an alcoholic....

that would be the best for her.

If she hasn't been in any trouble before then she could get probation and maybe ordered into a anger manegment course along with AA. good luck to you both
