Testimony resulting in arrest?

What is the name of your state? NJ

My testimony against the owner of a liquor store about attempting to buy alcohol as a minor might lead to my own arrest, for attempting to do so. But I have to testify. Will I have an oppurtunity to make an agreement with the prosecutor before my testimony that will ensure nothing will be held against me?
