Theft of drugs from your employer

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My sister in law was recently fired from her job at a retirement home for stealing prescription drugs and she, my brother and my nephew live with my mother. We were told by her employer that she was being turned into the local authorities. Will she be arrested?

Location: I don't know. The guys with the keys won't say. I think it's top secret info.

how is that?

If the DA wants to press charges and it is typical for a person charged with whatever crime to be arrested, she will be arrested whether she confessed or not.
