is there a way to get out of a subpoena

What is the name of your state?Iowa
I am suppose to go testify against a family member and I cant do it to her is there away to get out of it?

If it's not your spouse, no.

Have you ever experienced amnesia?

I've seen it happen to a lot of people on the witness stand,,,,,,,

Careful now, that can easily become grounds for Contempt of Court.
