I was arrested for third degree criminal trespassing last month but the manager of the apartment where it happened said that he wanted to try to get the charge dropped, but I recently got a summons for my court date so I guess that's not happening. This is my first offense, so how much trouble am I going to be in? How badly will this affect me down the road?
