| Your husband has already been convicted, are you referring to yourself? Were you indicted for torture as well? Not sure if CA is different, but the arraignment is the formal charge. The indictment is a decision by a grand jury that there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a trial. You were formally charged at your arraignment. |
