WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM TIME LIMITS THAT A PERSON ACCUSED OF A CRIME CAN BE HELD IN CUSTODY WITHOUT FORMALLY CHARGING THEM AND WITHOUT BOND/BAIL, AND MAXIMUM TIME ALLOWED TO APPEAR FOR ARRAINMENT??????? confused:: I CAN'T FIND THESE ANSWERS ANYWHERE!
