Traffic stop lead to Larger situation

What is the name of your state? Washington

As I was on my home last week, it was 11a.m. and all of a sudden an officer pulls me over.....for my broken side mirror....but as I had reached over to my glove box to get my registration....He noticed I had brass knuckles....and told me to step out of the car. Handcuffed me and told me to stay put, as he was searching my car he also found a pill of vikodin....I had told the officer that all this belonged to my brother and he often drives my car.. The officer had then later taken handcuffs off my hands and took my picture and told me that it is up to the state to prosecute me. My question is I have no prior records, just speeding tickets. Am I headed towards a felony charge? HELP

Give us the prosecuting attorney's phone number and I'll call and ask?

At this point, there has not been a phone number that I can contact the prosecuting attorney. My question was, What are the chances of me being subpoena to court?
