Trespassing arrest

What is the name of your state? Florida

Hello to all and thanks in advance for any reasonable advice.

I was recently arrested outside of a nightclub. I will try to be as detailed as possible.

I was at a night club with five other individuals. We left that night club and returned an hour later. Even before we stepped on the side walk towards the entrance of the club we had spoken to a bouncer. We were simply asking if we had to pay a re-entry fee since we had already been in the club. He had said yes, and then we tried to do nothing more than haggle with him. When we finally determined that we were not going to get any where, he stepped over the boundaries and assualted one of the guys I was with. Two officers were to the left of the attack. They did nothing more than laugh at us. We walked across the street and called for the local police for help. When they arrived, the arresting officer told the 3 of us to sit on the ground. They then took a statement from the bouncer and arrested us. They never asked for our side of the story. We were never asked to leave. We were never read our rights. Only when we arrived at the jail were we told of what the charges were.

Also, there was never a mention of an assault by the bouncer on the other individual and we have witnesses.

My bail bondsman said this case would most likely be dismissed. How likely is this to hold up in court? What would be the penalties?
