What is the name of your state? nj
I had two people enter my home while I was leaving, I knew they
had a key, but they said otherwise. I told them if they entered my home I would file trespassing charges against them. How do I find the statue on trespassing in NJ.

First of all, do not ever again say that you "knew that they had a key."

Then, depending on how serious this is you should either:

a) call (and pay $ for) a lawyer and explain the situation, or
b) call the police and explain the situation.

I think you pay the money and consult with a lawyer. Your home is your castle and you can't have people coming in whenever the heck they feel like it - especially if they know that you don't want them to come in.

Oh yes, most important. Call a locksmith and have the locks changed!
