TrustLine and obtaining records/forms...

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I had to go through TrustLine to get a child care job through the county. Since I have a misdeamor for shoplifting on my record, I have to become "exempt" in order to get the job. They need the following information:

1. Documentation (minute order, court issued judgment of conviction or letter from probation department) indicating my probation was informal.
2. Verification of complete of community service
3. Copy of all police reports involving my crime

How do I go about getting those THREE items? Thank you!!

The court and the probation department shoul dhave information on #1 and #2 ... and the police department should have #3. However, the police may not release the police report, so that may be tough. But, if you find out what information these folks need from the police reports, they might be able to write a letter attesting to this information.

Thank you! I talked to someone at the agency, and I don't need to get those records/information myself. Thank goodness!
