trying to avoid going up state

What is the name of your state? California
My husband is in the Orange County Jail he wqas on probation and is now facing a 16 month term. They say he has 220 days credit. Can any one please tell me or give me an idea how much time he will do on a 16 month term. They told me he would be able to parole out of county. Is there a chance for this to happen? I am trying to stop him from going up state...please some one any one help..
