I am searching for cases pertaining to the unavailability of witnesses, expecially cases on the subject when the informant in the case becomes unavailable to the defendant because of death or the fact that such cannot be located for whatever reason. And cases where the informant is unavailable to the defendant when the defendant whats to advance an entrapment defense. Any help in locating cases similar to this would be appreciated.
