I was arrested two times on a warrent that clearly shows i was not the person law enforcement was seeking. warrent didn't have my d.o.b. high, social security number or address. Officer's stated it was all my information at time of arrest in the warrent inwhich i later learn they lied. after arresting me and placing me in jail, they learn i was not who they was seeking. the officers has viewed my federal job id army id georgia driver lic ga. gun lic.
the neax day i was arrested again by the same officer on the same warrent. and again released.

the person named in the warrent has the same name but not spell the same lives in a city 50 miles south of atlanta, and has did time in state inst's

The way Dad (former cop) explained it to me, if you can prove that they were negligent in something they knew or should have known you have a case. In this case, I would think you have a pretty good case given the cops already checked you out once, and the same cop saw the info. I would definitely talk to a lawyer. I would guess you're going to own their backsides.
