Where were your kids at the time of the stop? There are witnesses who know where your kids were during that time. Get statements from them and summons those witnesses to your court date.

If I were you, I would do some real quick work to get your license reinstated. Exactly why is it revoked?

A friend who is a single mom who lost her license due to not paying like $200 in fines. She was then caught driving on revoked about five times in the next two years, each time amassing more fines (with interest), yet managing to stay out of jail. She finally got her license back a few months ago after paying over $2500 in fines.

If the kids were never in the car, and you have a witness to attest to this fact, you may have to present this witness at court.

As for the suspended license, that may have been cause for the stop in the first place. Get the license reinstated prior to court and you may find that they will be lenient.
