how does one go about vacating an arrest warrant?
this was for failing to return notice on jury duty, then failing to appear on jury duty summons (notices)
one also for failing to pay a fine on a violation.

New york city, ny state

i think the term is quashing, not vacating.

and for three of them, you should get an attorney.

what makes you believe you have any right or ability to have the warrants vacated? I suggest you contact the police, or an attorney to act on your behalf and figure out how to turn yourself in and hopefully bond out and then deal with the legal repercussions you caused yourself.

and yes, I believe Isabella is correct but that does not make my response any different.
