In vasion of privacy?

Please bear with me...I am mentally disabled as described in my bio, will give further info if desired. I was employed at Best Buy in Erie, Pa. several years ago. I quit due to the harrassment from two female managers.

On 08-27-07, my girlfriend insisted that I "get out" of my apt. I have a horrible fear of people and would rather not leave my apt. But I did leave my apt. that day, and she dropped me off at Best Buy, and she went to another store. As soon as I entered Best Buy, I noticed one of the managers in question above, she was staring at me, and I became nervous immediately. I then noticed this manager lady talking to other people and pointing at me. I then wanted to look at computers, I did, and I still noticed people watching me. I then looked at memory cards, I selected a couple packages. I walked around some more and started having a panic attack, so I went to the bathrrom. I took a pill that helps with this illness. I then went into the farthest stall where I defacated, as I was standing up to clean myself, I noticed one man enter the bathroom, this was one of the people who was watching me on the sales floor. This man used the urinal, washed his hands, then left the bathroom. He did not look in my direction once. I could see him because im 6'3" and could look over the top of the stalls. I then leave the bathroom and proceed to a chair where I sit down, put whatever was in my hand on the ground. I then get up, and go to the store exit where I see numerous people blocking my exit, I try to exit and they start to grab me, I feared for my life and tried to get away from these people, I eventually did. I asked these people why they attacked me, one of them said I had merchandise in my pocket, I then emptied my pockets to show them I had no merchandise. I then stated that I was going to sue them for attacking me.

On 01-15-08, two Pa State Police officers arrested me and charged me with 3 counts of robbery. Obviously I was stunned, I asked why, the said because of the incident described above. The report said that someone "watched" me cut open(with what I dont know) 3 packages of memory cards, and place said cards into my pocket.

Question: If someone indeed was watching me cut open anything in a bathroom stall, is that invasion of privacy, 4th amendment? What is the name of your state?

No. What happened to the memory cards you had in your possession prior to using the rest room?

racer72: If you quip as you do and dont want a response, dont quip. But people like you you obviously live for the drama.

Happy trails: 1st, Thanks for clarifying for the others who dont read to well. 2nd, I placed the unopened memory card packages on the ground.

Thanks anyway all. As I cant stand people, I have no idea why I communicate with you in any way, even forums, thanks for proving that yes, america is failing(hmm, could it be due to americans?), and that im right
