Very stressed over the entire situation

What is the name of your state?Tn

An exfriend of my husbands has been calling my house for several months and making threats. His threats have been "I'm coming to get you", "Do you love your baby and do you want to see him dead or alive" & "I have a bullet for you" On the night of December 25th he called with the threat of the bullet and do you love your baby. I have these 2 comments on tape. On the same tape this man invited my husband and his brother in law over to his house to settle things. Angry and upset over the threat my husband went and the brother in law as well. He invited them into his house then a confrontation took place. The man swong at my husband. My husband and the the brother in law beat him up. Within hours my husband and the brother in law were arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Burglary.

On 3 other occations we contacted the police in our area in regard to his threats. We even went down to the station and tried to file a warrant against him several months ago. We were told that all we would do was make him even angrier and that we needed to leave it alone. This man is bipolar and we have been scared that he will follow through with his threats for months. He told us that he shot another man in the head and got away with it because he is crazy!!

I know my husband did wrong but he snapped when the man threatened his 10 month old baby. Does my husband stand a chance at getting this charges redused or dropped?

he "swong" at him? I would say you should pick up with baby and move.

Based solely on the information in your post, probably not. The problem HE went to the victims house with the clear intent to assault him. Of course, he should have contacted the police.... but didn't.
Bottom line.... based on your post, he appears to be guilty of the charges. And any chance of a reduction will rely largely on the ability of his defense attorney and the desire (if any) of the prosecutor to allow a reduction.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
