violated probation


california , riverside
i was shoplifting about a year ago
than on my birthday this year i was shopping spent 100 + the friend i was with shoplifted we were both charged the judge didnt turn it into a felony for medid book and release now i recieve a letter for violating probation im a collge student not even in that world anymore i want to kno what are my chances of being sent to jail i was jus with the wrong people this time

This was AFTER you corrected your spelling?

Your previous probation is shot. What this REALLY means is any chance you had for wiping this off your record is gone.

You repeatedly steal and say it is the people you are with? Really?

Anyway, you need an attorney. You really dug a hole here.

Patric Fine is the single district attorney who handles all the VOP cases in Riverside and he is not nice by any stretch of the imagination.

If you are going with a public defender, good luck, you will need it.
