What is the name of your state? texas
on probation for robbery got ajudicated probation for 4 yr he was pulled over for speeding got ticket and did not pay not he has warrant is this a violation of his probation?? and if so how can he clear it up with out being arrested

Yes, it is mostly likely a violation of probation As a general rule, a probationer must not commit an offense against the law of any state or the federal government. He should contact a local attorney.
