What is the name of your state? Florida. I posted this on "Other
Crimes" but I'm posting it here, too. Is is possible to be on probation and not know it? My grandson is in "violation of probation" in Palm Beach County but he has never before been arrested, appeared before a judge or had a hearing. Is this possible?

No.

Only a judge should be able to put someone on probation and set the conditions. So either someone is mixed up or your grandson is lying.
