My boyfriend was locked up w/out being able to plead his case for probation violation and I was wondering how long does he have to wait in order to see the judge again?
Fact: The hearing was suppose to make sure that he showed proof that he contacted atleast two lawyers and received quotes, which he had, but instead of scheduling another court date, the judge locked him up.
