Waiting...What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana Can charges be brought upon you if the so called "crime" was committed 7 monthes ago, yet you was never arrested or a report was not filed at the time in indiana? |

| You betcha. Even on misdemeanors they have two years to commence prosecution. Felonies run longer. Further the time while you are out of state or otherwise concealing you or the crime suspends the clock. |
